Returns & Refunds

Returns of eligible cigar purchases may be requested within 10 days of the original purchase date for a replacement or refund of the purchase price.

Cigar returns are not accepted after 10 days from the purchase date.

Returns of accessories, merchandise, and other products are subject to review and approval at the discretion of Cigar Paradise.

Refunds & Replacements
