Order Preparation & Dispatch
Orders are prepared the same day they are received. Order preparation does not mean that the package has been handed to the carrier.
Orders received before 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time normally ship the same day, subject to availability. Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed. Orders received after 4:00 p.m. may ship on the next available shipping day.
Weekends & Holidays
Weekend order preparation and dispatch may be available, depending on availability, but are not guaranteed.
Although our store is open on most holidays, being open does not guarantee that orders can be dispatched that day.
Overnight Shipping
Overnight shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge. Selecting overnight shipping does not guarantee delivery the day after you place your order. Order preparation and dispatch are separate from the carrier's transit time.
Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays may not be handed to the carrier until the next available shipping day.
Before selecting overnight shipping for a weekend or holiday order, please call 727-397-7693 to confirm dispatch availability.
Shipping Options & Tracking
Standard shipping options include USPS 2-Day, 3-Day, and Ground services, subject to availability and carrier service offerings.
Tracking information will be provided for every shipped order.
Age Requirements & Delivery Signature
Cigar Paradise does not sell, distribute, or ship tobacco products to anyone under the age of 21.
All cigar shipments require a signature from an adult aged 21 or older upon delivery. Valid identification may be required.
Shipping Restrictions
Shipping to post office box addresses is not permitted.
Certain items may not be eligible for shipment outside the United States due to weight, size, or other shipping restrictions. Oversized merchandise may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Cigar Paradise does not sell or ship cigars to Maine, Iowa, or Montana.
Additional shipping restrictions may apply based on applicable laws and carrier requirements.
Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT)
Due to federal transportation regulations, butane and other flammable liquids or gases cannot be shipped using expedited air services.
Eligible hazardous materials will be shipped through approved ground transportation services, subject to applicable carrier regulations.
All lighters are shipped empty, without fuel. Additional packaging or handling charges may apply.
